XRAMP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Introduction These terms and conditions govern the sale of Xramp products by Xramp to the buyer. By purchasing this product, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions.
  • Product Description The seller provides a detailed description of the product, including specifications, features and pricing. Xramp reserves the right to modify the product specifications without prior notice.
  • Order Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance by the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason such as errors in the description or price of the product or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Pricing and Payment Prices are listed in Rands and are subject to change without notice.
    -Payment must be made in full at the time of the order via accepted payment methods.
    -Taxes, shipping and handling fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
    -Note that no product will be released until the funds reflect in the business account.
  • Shipping and Delivery The seller will ship the product to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
    -Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and shipping methods. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is defective or incorrect.
    -Xramp is not responsible for delays caused by third party shipping carriers.
  • Warranty Xramp provides a (1 year warranty) on the product against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorised modifications.
  • Changes To Terms And Conditions The seller (XRAMP) reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Xramps website
  • Returns/Refunds The buyer may return the product within 30 days of receipt for full refund provided the product is unused.
    -The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
